This is my 1612th hotel room booking. ( agoda, booking.com , MMT , hotel.com, gobigo, airbnb, clear trip, trip advisor , wego ext...) Only good experience. espetially staff behavior. Neetness is something to mention. A 5 star feeling

This was my second stay at the Coimbatore location — as always, I truly enjoyed it! This time, the Front Desk team was incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Pavithra. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and efficient, and she made the experience even better with her warm, welcoming conversation and bright smile. She provided us with helpful information throughout our stay. A special moment that stood out was when I returned from the gym the next day — Ms. Pavithra noticed my knee cap and genuinely asked if I was okay, showing true concern. Kudos to her for being such a caring and friendly receptionist! I will absolutely recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the ventilation in the washroom — it tends to stay wet for a while.
